Public freelance terms:

- All freelance services are delivered remotely.
- Appointments are available Monday to Friday after 5 p.m. and on weekends by arrangement.
- Services include process automation, AI and LLM workflows, internal web tools, product discovery, responsive websites, web radio and streaming solutions.
- General PC, Wi-Fi and smartphone support is not offered. Mobile devices are supported as target displays for responsive websites and applications.
- All displayed prices are final prices. Turnover is VAT-exempt under Section 19(1) UStG under the German small business scheme; no VAT is added.
- Standard public rates are EUR 95 per hour for technical implementation, EUR 105 per hour for AI, automation and product work, and EUR 110 per hour for transformation consulting.
- The freelance page includes a browser-local project finder that recommends an existing published package and price after a short guided questionnaire. It stores and transmits no answers; visitors may deliberately prepare an email only after seeing the result.
- DGNShop products and licenses remain separate from freelance services and are not included in the project finder's price recommendations.
